ELUV EV Conversions
ELUV
Design Challenge
Who We Are
The ELUV design challenge is a ten week course of product development based on the “plug and play” EV kit development by ELUV inc. (Electric Light Urban Vehicles)

The program will be held on Sundays from 10am to 12 pm MST for ten Sundays beginning February 9. All are welcome to attend the first session to learn more about the program and to see if this project is right for them, and to bring more people into the project. Upon request, we can provide a description of how the ENSO education team (www.ensoeducation.com ) will guide the creative process through design, into prototyping and developing a business plan.

Empower Designers
Our Hope
Our hope is that these vehicles may have a better chance to be manufactured and distributed to alleviate gasoline costs, as the world shifts to EV’s and away from fossil fuels. Any fees will be waived for this initial design challenge. Anyone can participate, including especially people with backgrounds and skills in design, engineering, electronics, manufacturing, marketing, finance and more.
Through this program, we hope to gather participants from a wide range of places around the world to crowdsource and develop design ideas for vehicles that can utilize the EV kit, which we call the “Lo-5.” The “Lo-5” is aptly named because it manages the five requirements of a licensed motorcycle: the throttle, the directional, the brake lights, headlights and the horn. By open sourcing the CAD drawings and designs for the original Sunzeecar Eco-Trike,
www.Sunzeecar.com we hope to inspire others around the world to either reproduce the Eco-Trike or to see how they may customize our design. There are also many applications for the “Lo-5” electrical system to be used to modify vehicles currently using internal combustion engines, such as scooters, motorcycles and more.
As we build a “community of practice” to support this technical work, we hope to develop a certification for technicians to build, repair and maintain these vehicles based on the “Lo-5” technology. This may lead to economic development, as well as a globally interconnected community that can support one another and share insights as we develop iterations of these vehicles together. We hope you will join!
